SHIPPING
Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. While we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. There may be additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We charge a Rs 99 flat delivery fee for all prepaid and a Rs 149 flat delivery fee for all cash on delivery domestic shipping . Delivery estimates vary per shipping location and provider.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order, containing your tracking number(s).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If the received order was damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund, return or exchange.
The eligibility for a return rests on, your item being unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Should we find any deficiencies/defects in the product returned to us (including but not limited to missing stones/packaging, missing gifts, damages, etc.), the refund amount shall be adjusted depending on the extent of the defect or deficiency. In case of significant damage, we may, at our sole discretion, refuse to accept the product. In all such matters, the said decision shall be final and binding.
To approve your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Choora, Cosmetics and any product having any sort of glass components including but not limited to Glass Bangles cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, the funds from any Wallet Recharges, Gift Cards or any other similar or equivalent monetary tools are also non-returnable and non-refundable. We advise you to avail these features/facilities at you own risk. Further, some items may only qualify for a partial refund. In all such cases, you will not be asked to return the product and the amount will be credited to your Wallet, which you can choose to use against a future order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you of us receiving your returned item. We will also inform you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to either your Wallet or original method of payment, within 1-3 days.
Refunds
1. All refund requests are subject to a successful inspection of the items and submission of the photos and 360 degree videos showcasing the unboxing of the package along with the original outer packaging and original defective product. Adjustments may be made subject to product inspection.
2. In case of returns or refunds, if the original method of payment was cash on delivery, the amount will be credited to your Wallet.
3. The mark of Assured Quality pertains to the guarantee that the material components of the product are in fact genuine and as described in the product description. Such products qualify from anywhere between 70% to a full refund back to the original source, unless stated otherwise; if found to not be genuine.
4. We offer a warranty policy of 3 months from the date of delivery on certain products, as mentioned in the product description. All such items qualify for a full refund under this policy. However, this warranty covers only pre-existing damages or manufacturing defects, not wear and tear in due course.
5. The following only qualify for a partial refund:
-Gold Plated, Artificial Jewellery and Bracelets are subject to only an amount of up to 20% refund of the price paid (after deduction of any coupons, deal, schemes or sale benefits).
-Any item having Lab Grown Diamonds component are subject to only an amount of up to 50% refund of the price paid (after deduction of any coupons, deal, schemes or sale benefits). However, kindly note that does not apply to Choora, Ear rings, Rings and Necklaces.
-Exclusive products or those which may be available in limited quantities will not be eligible for returns, if otherwise applicable. In such an instance, a partial refund may instead be credited.
6. Please note that any claim for receipt of a different product than the one ordered, non-receipt of a product, damaged product received or empty box will be entertained only if submitted within 24 hours of receipt along with pictures and 360 degree unboxing video which includes the original outer packaging.
7. In case of unilateral cancellations by you (before delivery of the product), once the product is shipped the attempt of cancellation will be counted as an attempt to return the product.
8. You agree that by purchasing something from us you have thoroughly checked the order details especially pertaining to the colour and size of the product. We reserve the rights to refuse any returns, refunds or exchange requests on such basis.
9. Please do note that the warranty and assured quality claims do not apply to the following:
– Damages due to mishandling, negligence, impact damage, accidents, tampering, etc.
– Surface finish/colour of the product and loss of stones from the product.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or Wallet again. Then contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should file for a return through our delivery partners or mail your product to the address provided on your invoice. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In any and all cases, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. While returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
