Assured Quality is the guarantee of the material components of the product are in fact genuine and as described in the product description. For example, any products labelled as Lab Grown Diamonds having assured quality badge guarantees that the stones used as indeed actual Lab Grown Diamonds.
We offer a warranty policy of 3 months from the date of delivery on certain products, as mentioned in the product description. All such items qualify for a full refund under this policy. However, this warranty covers only pre-existing damages or manufacturing defects, not wear and tear in due course.
Returns:
We offer returns and refunds within 7 days of the delivery. You can find detailed information on our returns and refund policy on our dedicated page.
To apply for a return or a refund you must provide a reason along with the proof of purchase and photos and videos, if required, as per the returns and refunds policy. Kindly, reach out to us through e-mail at [email protected] or write to us in the form available on the contact page.
In such cases, we would advise you to first notice if your package was tampered with, if so record the unboxing of the product along with the outer packaging and contact the delivery personnel.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or Wallet again. Then contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
